Code of Conduct
The safety of our personnel and the community, the protection of the environment and total quality excellence are the three pillars of our manufacturing principals, which are based on ethics and applicable laws. Complex Quimica is convinced that working in an ethical manner, with safety and sustainability in mind and complying with all national and international regulations is the only way to guarantee our future.
Therefore we expect that all our employees and business partners abide with the following set of rules:

- Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Respect the human rights of their employees and associates.
- Avoid any kind of discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, political affiliation, disability, marital status or pregnancy.
- Avoid payment or acceptance of payment (bribes) to influence business decisions or government representatives.
- Avoid using their business operations for money laundering or other illegal activities.
- Comply with fair competition laws and antitrust.
- Prohibit forced labor and pay compensation to workers due to overtime and other legally mandated benefits.
- Prohibit child labor.
- Provide safe working conditions and all necessary personal protective equipment to all their employees.
- Corrective actions shall be taken in a timely manner to correct any identified deficiencies.
- Obtain and maintain all necessary environmental permits and comply with all laws and regulations related to environmental protection.
- Respect the confidentiality of Complex Quimica and its business associates.
- Allow their employees to report all ethical, safety and environmental violations without fear of reprisals.
